RETURN POLICY: 

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card.

 

La Valentina Boutique does not issue credit on original shipping charges.

 

Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags.

 

Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear and returned in their original packaging.

 

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels: you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

 

La Valentina Boutique is not liable for any returns packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

 

La Valentina Boutique reserves the right to solely and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  1. AN irregular or excessive return history indicative of "Wardrobing."
  2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items.
  3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

La Valentina Boutique reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

If purchases were made online, you way return items at one of our store locations in Odessa, Texas to receive store credit in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

La Valentina Boutique is not responsible for returns until they reach our store in Odessa, TX.

SHIPPING:

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). La Valentina Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

 

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order for shipping, unless otherwise noted.

 

If you need a rush on an order, please leave a note at checkout or contact us at [email protected] and we will make every attempt to get your item shipped out in time to get to you.

 

E-mails will be sent with a tracking number upon shipment of item.  Please refer to this email and tracking number for any updates on the delivery of your package. Once we ship package, we can only see the same shipping info as you with the tracking number.

 

La Valentina Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase.  If an incorrect address was listed, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.

 

La Valentina Boutique is not responsible for packages or any damages incurred once they have left our shipping department. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.  Tracking numbers for reference can be found in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting [email protected].
